Swim
Objectives
Weekly swim lessons to help
women with swim cardio and fitness. Techniques on how to race
effectively in the sea by understanding the external factors during the
sea swim training.

- Speed work, strength, increase intensity & volume |

Bike
Objectives
Weekly bike lessons focusing
techniques such as bike riding position, gear shifting, climbing, safety
on the road and bike maintenance.

Venue: Mountbatten Swimming Complex
Saturdays, 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm
Open water swim sessions included.
CYCLE PROGRAMME
Weekly sessions, starting September - October 2008
Venue: East Coast Park
Sundays, 6.45 am to 9.00 am
RUN PROGRAMME
Twice weekly sessions, on-going sessions, start anytime you're ready.
Venue: NUS Running Track, off Bukit Timah Road.
Tuesday and Thursday, 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm |

Run
Objectives
Twice weekly running sessions to
help women achieve their running potentials. Proper running techniques
and form will also be taught and emphasised by a qualified Kinesiologist.
