Swim Objectives

Weekly swim lessons to help women with swim cardio and fitness. Techniques on how to race effectively in the sea by understanding the external factors during the sea swim training.
 

Phase 1 - Build, Endurance, Basic workout, Strokes work, Drills, knowledge, range of motion

Phase 2 - Speed work, strength, increase intensity & volume

Phase 3 - Race pace, power in-water, maintaining aerobic at race pace

Bike Objectives

Weekly bike lessons focusing techniques such as bike riding position, gear shifting, climbing, safety on the road and bike maintenance.

SWIM PROGRAMME
Weekly sessions, starting September - October 2008.
Venue: Mountbatten Swimming Complex
Saturdays, 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm
Open water swim sessions included.

CYCLE PROGRAMME
Weekly sessions, starting September - October 2008
Venue: East Coast Park
Sundays, 6.45 am to 9.00 am

RUN PROGRAMME
Twice weekly sessions, on-going sessions, start anytime you're ready.
Venue: NUS Running Track, off Bukit Timah Road.
Tuesday and Thursday, 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm

Phase 1 - Riding in a group, finding your comfort position, bike efficiency
Phase 2 - Gears familiarisation, riding in undulating terrain, cadence and power
Phase 3 - Tempo ride, transition, long rides

Run Objectives

Twice weekly running sessions to help women achieve their running potentials. Proper running techniques and form will also be taught and emphasised by a qualified Kinesiologist.

Swim (10 pool sessions and 2 sea sessions) Price: $300
Starting Sep - Oct 2008, limited to 12 persons per intake.
Bike (10 sessions) Price: $350
Starting Sep - Oct 2008, limited to 10 persons per intake.
Run (monthly) Price: $220 or $600 for 3 months. One time annual fee for insurance is $30.
Starts Tuesday or Thursday, limited to 8 persons per intake.
